France faces Iceland, Serbia in Euro 2012 warmups
France will play Iceland and Serbia in friendly matches as part of its preparation for the European Championship later this year. France's football federation said Thursday that Laurent Blanc's team will face Iceland in Valenciennes on May 27, and Serbia four days later in Reims. France also has a final friendly game on June 5 in Le Mans, although that opponent has yet to be decided.

Serbia has apologized to Croatia for an attack by hooligans after a European championship handball game that left a dozen Croats injured. A column of cars carrying Croat fans after their team won a game against France in northern Serbia was attacked by Serbs late Tuesday with stones, baseball bats and axes, smashing several car windows.
