Belgrade - Partizan Belgrade's Brazilian striker Cleo is set to become a Serbian citizen, Belgrade B92 television reported Friday. Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic will officially give a Serbian passport to Cleo on Saturday, the broadcast said.
