Serbia seeks Russian loan to build Belgrade subway (Russian Information Agency Novosti)
MOSCOW, April 13 (RIA Novosti) - Serbia's government will soon send a delegation to Moscow for negotiations on obtaining a Russian loan to build a subway system in Belgrade, Serb economics minister Mladan Dinkic said on Monday.
