Our client is a progressive On Line Gaming business and with a growing customer base they need to recruit for Customer Services Representatives fluent in Serbian or Croatian.
We need individuals who:
- Are committed to improving levels of customer service.
- Have good analytical approaches to problem solving
- Can resolve support issues to final resolution and to a significantly high standard
- Ensure fraud prevention tools are used in accordance with instruction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
This position requires an energetic, motivated and flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work as part of a team.
The working hours of the company are 24/7, 365 days a year on a rota basis.
Starting salary is £16.200 (British Pounds).
The company will pay for the first 3 months accommodation.
